Job Description

Internal Tech teams manage and support our internal IT infrastructure, systems, and tools, ensuring operational efficiency, security, and continuous improvement, enabling employees to work effectively and securely with up-to-date technology resources. They bridge the gap between the company's overall IT strategy and the execution of that strategy to ensure the company selects and executes the right projects and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Create new and maintain existing reports designed in Oracle Analytics Cloud and/or Oracle BI Publisher, OBIEE.
  • Reporting/analysis creation and data visualization. Development of report-based alerts/notifications.
  • Operate and optimize stored procedures and functions using Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements.
  • Create and maintain the necessary documentation for all owned BI reports.
  • Implementing new features for the existing Oracle HCM module.
  • Configure solutions and manage production deployments.
  • Tailor system's functionalities to business requirements.
  • Participate in business-related workshops to gather requirements and build technical POC.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fast Formulas and BI Reporting.
  • Expertise in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) for report creation, customization, and data modeling (RTF, Excel, XSL, bursting options).
  • Strong SQL and Oracle PL/SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and database management (tables, procedures, user management).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion Tables and Views for reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos).
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation), including debugging and optimization.
  • Familiarity with formula types (Global, User-defined, System-defined) and REST APIs (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot formulas and reports efficiently.
  • Accuracy in formula logic and report development.
  • Ability to work independently or under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English.
