Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in corporate banking, lending and Oracle Siebel CRM. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to support CRM transformation initiatives from a banking headquarters perspective. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of corporate banking operations and workflows and can translate business needs into clear functional requirements for Oracle Siebel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders (corporate banking, risk, compliance) and IT teams, to gather and document detailed CRM requirements.
  • Analyze banking processes and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Siebel CRM.
  • Lead workshops and discussions to define customer needs, workflows, and CRM functionalities.
  • Design and document Siebel CRM configurations, data models, and system integrations, ensuring alignment with banking operations.
  • Define and document user personas, journeys, and business use cases for CRM enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations related to customer data, lending, and relationship management.
  • Assist with prioritization, roadmap creation and time schedules together with business stakeholders and engineering, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology strategies.
  • Work with Product Management and Technical Leads/ Architects to define the goals of the software release.
  • Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and support development teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Support testing and validation of CRM functionalities to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in corporate banking/ IT projects for corporate banking.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with banking executives, IT teams, risk and compliance officers.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM functional consulting.
  • Ability to translate complex banking requirements into CRM configurations and workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, balancing iterative development with banking governance and compliance needs.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to produce business cases, process flows, and detailed requirements.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years as a Business Analyst in structured teams and banking projects.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
