Responsibilities

• Ensure a balance of excellent and efficient patient care 
• Responsible for staff, patient, and physician satisfaction
  
• Create and maintain standards for care within your dept with a constant focus on patient care and staff & patient safety
  
• Achieve department objectives that support the organizational and system goals
  
• Effectively manage change and promote a team-based approach
  

Qualifications

• BSN
• Oregon RN license (before start date)
• 6 years in nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles
• 4 years of managing an outpatient infusion department 
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) 
• Oncology Nursing Chemotherapy / Biotherapy certification 
• Current BLS at time of hire
