The position requires an extensive experience in developing and validating tests of individual differences in working memory capacity and attention control. A thorough
understanding of these fields is required in order to ensure sufficient sensitivity of these tests in measuring cognitive ability while minimizing measurement biases. The position also requires a thorough understanding and experience in using the existing selection tests such as the Aviation Selection Test Battery and Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Batter
