Enboarder is growing, so we are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Finance Team and report directly to the Director of Finance. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be an analytical, operationally oriented professional who is able to aggregate, disaggregate, and interpret financial data to convey business results.


Responsibilities:

  • Reporting - Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and Board reporting packages

  • Planning - Coordinate budget development; partner with department heads in preparing, implementing, and controlling expenditures

  • Modeling & Forecasting - Support our strategic and financial planning processes, the annual plan, and quarterly financial forecasts as well as the underlying financial planning models

  • KPIs - Conduct extensive analysis across all departments, establish dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce financial and operational summaries for CFO, Executive team, and Board of Directors.

  • Data Validation & Support - Work closely with the accounting team on Netsuite integration, re-designing the monthly reporting packages, and improve process efficiency

  • BI integrations & automation -  Actively seek out opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical finance role, prior operational FP&A experience within a fast-moving start-up company preferred

  • Previous experience with enterprise software and SaaS/subscription business models

  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to consider the cross-functional implications

  • Self-starter attitude comfortable with working both independently and collaboratively with business partners as needed

  • Ability to perform in a highly demanding and unstructured environment while consistently achieving deadlines

  • Highly analytical and quantitative, with rigorous attention to detail

Bonus Points:

  • Advanced certifications (CPA, CFA, MBA) a plus

  • Experience Xero, NetSuite, and Salesforce 

  • Background in software, information technology and/or financial services is a definite advantage, particularly SaaS, including software revenue recognition
