Digital Marketing Assistant

EnPower, Inc. is an early-stage startup developing next-generation Li-ion batteries that have fast-charging and long cycle-life capabilities—critical enablers to the mass electrification of vehicles. Our R&D, pilot manufacturing, and sales operations are based out of our engineering facility & headquarters located in the north Phoenix - Deer Valley area. We are passionate about what we do, and are looking for high-voltage,
high-ampere individuals to join our team!

We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Assistant to work with the Strategic Marketing Manager on digital marketing and communications. Responsibilities may include:

• Developing a content strategy to promote EnPower, recruit employees, and develop thought leadership in the battery industry

• Creating marketing content, including videos, blog posts, brochures, etc.

• Scheduling, posting, and tracking content across channels

• Website management and content updates

• Measuring and reporting engagement across channels

• Keeping company collateral (pitch decks, marketing materials, etc.) up to date

• Researching and compiling news stories relevant to EnPower’s mission

• Collaborating with members of engineering and sales to develop new marketing content

Required qualifications:

• Have special interest in startups / venture capital and clean tech or sustainability

• Ability to research and communicate technical information effectively

• Strong creativity and writing skills

• Organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to tackle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines

• Highly motivated to learn, grow professionally and work in a team environment

• Open to giving and receiving feedback

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience editing WordPress website

• Understanding of SEO best practices

• Experience using Copper or other CRM software to manage business development pipelines

• Experience with Mailchimp or other marketing automation platforms
