Job Description

Strong project management, including effective use of PM tools and reporting are key to achieving the goals of our customers and our company.

Additionally:

  • Collaborate with Principals and project teams on schedules and what needs to be accomplished
  • Communicate between project team members and lead project schedule meetings
  • Contribute to developing project plans and strategies
  • Support office coordinator in ensuring project milestones are accomplished
  • Work within our CRM/ task management system technology; assist with project scheduling and tracking
  • Sample ordering and organizing 

Qualifications

  • Must be current full-time student, preferably pursing a Bachelors Degree
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and technology adept
  • Potential to develop tools that increase efficiency and profitability of our company
  • Ability to learn project management system, enter, and update entries
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Goal Oriented, Self-directed; committed to professional development
  • Confidence to develop and present ideas
  • Ability to collaborate and work within a team
  • Demonstrate commitment to our organization’s value of integrity
  • Smart, quick, curious thinker and learner
