• Provide leadership in researching, recommending, and helping implement cloud and desktop applications
• Support general technology needs and questions regarding software, computers, printers etc.
• Google Business Apps support (email, drive, contact, interaction with other apps)
• Development, maintenance, and advancement of both internal and external database
• Research CRM software
• Technology setup and installation
• Support virtual staff
• Other general administrative support as needed

• Must be current full-time student, preferably one pursing a Bachelors degree
• Knowledge and experience using cloud based apps
• Potential to develop tools that increase efficiency and profitability of our company
