• Assist in data gathering, reporting, and analysis of the company’s profitable growth
• Identify issues and opportunities with regards to financial reports and benchmarks
• QuickBooks data entry and scanning for AP/AR
• Expense and mileage documentation and tracking
• Other general administrative duties as requested to help the team succeed in accomplishing its goals

• Must be current full-time student, preferably one pursing a Bachelors degree
• Accounting and business students encouraged to apply
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Team player, demonstrating commitment to our organization’s value of integrity
