An exciting opportunity for a Sales consultant to join an ecommerce store team. Seeking a Sales consultant with passion for sales, customers and home improvement. Focusing on high value leads and customer, both locally and internationally.
Daily duties involve sales to customers via phone, email and through the web. Confidently conclude sales with contractors, international hotels and local retail customers.
Educational Requirements & Skills:
Grade 12
At least 2 years’ experience within home improvement industry
Advanced office and email knowledge
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer sales
Leads management
Customer acquisition
Order processing
Management of order logistics
Experience with dealing with high value clients as well as clients on all value levels
Strong negotiating skills
Strong sales closer
Experience in dealing with hotels, architects, interior decorators etc
