R10 000 – R12000 per month plus benefits
Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
Certificate in operations management or similar
At least 2-year experience within operations, logistics or distribution
MS office
Great Plains
Understanding supply chain from buying, selling to distribution
Technical knowledge of daily running of ambient plant
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure correct stock received and purchase orders for multi inter company
Ensure all shortages, expired stock indicated on invoice and clearly marked
GRV’s daily
Ensure trucks loaded in time
Ensure stock loaded and accounted for according to invoice
Ensure all invoices are scanned to relevant intercompany after load, Namibia and Botswana
Sort queries with short or overloads
Ensure permits are in order where required
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
