Job Description

Sales Administrator – (MKT017)

Based: South Crest, Alberton

Salary: R15 – 18 000.00 pm

Working hours: Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm

Requirements:

Matric

3-5 years’ experience as Sales Administrator

Pastel Partner

Strong in Word and Excel

Speak good English and Afrikaans

Good telephone etiquette

A well organised person with a calm personality who can work well under pressure and is eager to learn,

 

Responsibilities:

Answering the phone with friendly helpful tone with good mannerism – taking messages

Liaising with suppliers and clients telephonically

Word and Excel experience – must be able to generate stock sheets of stock on hand receive from uK

Typing of Quotes in Pastel

Processing Orders in Pastel

Been hands on with Production and scheduling drivers trips for the day

Doing a bit of PA (invoices typing invoices for properties I rent out) – following up on payment

Processing Orders for Print / Design / Promotional item print/ campaign

Sourcing of products and comparative quotations on Launches

Dealing with courier companies – generating invoices for cross boarder

Getting quotes from couriers – working with weight and dimensions to get an accurate quotation  

Organising office for meetings,

Keeping stock of stationery and groceries for the office
