Job Description

As the Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for both clients and your colleagues on how to properly utilize their CRM and scheduling software. We are looking for someone who has impeccable customer service skills, enjoys resolving technical issues, and can communicate with every level within an organization.

  • Providing prompt response to clients via email and phone
  • Becoming an expert in their software to better support clients
  • Report system malfunctions
  • Maintain records of information

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. (Work 32 hours but paid for 40!)
Generous benefits package.

Compensation is $20-$24/hr depending on experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Outlook)
  • 2 years+ in customer support role
  • 2 years+ in an internal technical support role
  • Experience with writing process documents highly preferred
