Description du poste

  • Effectuer les tâches de conduite assignées par le superviseur, en veillant au strict respect du code de la route et des limitations de vitesse.
  • Collecter et distribuer le courrier, les colis et effectuer les courses administratives.
  • Transporter le personnel de bureau et de terrain vers divers sites et régions.
  • Vérifier les documents des véhicules de la Fondation afin de s'assurer de leur validité (y compris l'assurance) ;
  • Assurer l'entretien quotidien du véhicule dans Fleetio avec les commentaires et observations clairs: vérifier l'huile, l'eau, la batterie, les freins, les pneus, l'extincteur, Lavage; etc.
  • Soumettre le journal précis des mouvements du véhicule avec les tickets Tom Card Fuel le dernier jour ouvrable du mois.

 

 

Qualifications

- Langue: bonne connaissance du français. 
- Formation: BEPC / CAP / GCE O Levels, une formation à la conduite défensive serait un atout.
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant que chauffeur. 
- Une expérience d'au moins 5 mois au sein d'une ONG internationale serait un atout. 
- Posséder un permis de conduire de catégorie B en cours de validité.
- Bonne connaissance des régions Du Littoral, Centre & l'Est.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft (Excel, Word) et d'Internet.
- Connaissances de base en mécanique automobile. 
- Bonne connaissance du code de la route.
- Les résidents de chaque localité sont vivement encouragés à postuler.
