Customer Service Coordinator

  • Full-time

Company Description

MovingLabor.com is an Internet and software company that facilitates moving labor services nationwide through our online marketplace. What does that mean? Our website connects people who are moving with local movers that provide labor help, such as loading a rental truck or unloading a POD container. Our software facilitates the interaction and scheduling for our customers- We're essentially Airbnb for moving labor! Come be a Customer Support Coordinator at our new regional office in Denver!

We are a small, green, company with a relaxed work environment, focusing on teamwork, efficiency and productivity, not on formality. The Denver office is located Downtown in Capitol Hill, walkable to many shops, restaurants, breweries and pubs! Did we mention the office building is above a coffee shop and has a rooftop deck!? We only promote from within, there’s lots of room to grow, so you do NOT want to miss this opportunity!

Job Description

A Day in the Life:

A typical day as a CSC might entail you swinging by the ground level coffee shop on your way upstairs to the office, then logging in and turning your phone line on to start receiving calls from Customers and Suppliers.

Calls could range from questions or quote requests, to possible problems that may arise, and it will be up to you to either problem solve your way through it, or escalate the situation to a supervisor. You may have to educate customers on our services and why we are the best of the best. You may be making calls to Suppliers to check on availability, or calls to customers to book/reschedule their moves.

You will sort through emails and tickets that are submitted, and respond accordingly. You will utilize tools we give you to track and organize tasks that need to be completed each day (eg: tracking voicemails, follow up calls or complaints).

We work as a team, so you can always ask for help when needed, even if you ask the same question over and over...and over. We’d rather you do things correctly than guess and make mistakes.

You will clock off for lunch; once you return, you’ll finish up your day, log off, then maybe go to the rooftop to watch the sunset over the mountains while you grill some food and decompress .

Qualifications

I sure hope you’re personable, because as a CSC, you’ll spend most of your time communicating with Customers and Suppliers, whether it be coordinating & scheduling services, educating Customers on our Industry and how our company is A-MAZING, or helping bridge communication between Customer & Supplier if any issues arise.

We will provide you with the training, tools, and knowledge to be successful at your position, you just need to bring the determination and will to always do your best. * Bonus points if you are good at multitasking, problem solving, have good phone etiquette, and can type at least 50 WPM! *
