If so, then we are looking for you.  We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated Sales Executive to join us.  As the Sales Executive you will be wholly responsible for the revenue generation of new sales from customers in North America, through the selling of Company Revenue Cycle Management services and a full suite of collection services in the healthcare industry.

Job Description

  • Building and managing a robust and scalable pipeline while identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision makers within prospective client organizations in North America.
  • Required to chase quarterly revenue base targets.
  • Perform daily activities consistent with all elements of the sales cycle including face to face and telephone prospecting, cold calls, needs analysis, proposal creation, sales presentations, and management of advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with your reporting manager on strategy and keep them up-to-date to where you are in the sales process.

Qualifications

  • A college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Highly motivated sales professional with at least 15 years+ of successful orthopedic experience, preferably in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Knowledge of collections services for hospitals, ambulatory, physician practices, and AR process in general.
  • Ideal candidate will have connections and relationships in the healthcare services industry and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proactive selling skills are essential.
  • Ability to close deals with a for-profit health system, private physician groups or practices, community hospitals, a national pharmacy company, a large urgent care provider, a national long-term care company and an ambulance provider.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially telephone skills. Ability to effectively communicate to a wide array of audiences that have diverse knowledge levels of experience in the sale of Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Effective listening and troubleshooting skills are vital. Display a high level of professionalism, sound judgment, strong analytical skills, accurate and reliable prioritization and time management, superior technical skills, and exemplary teamwork
