As a Sales Representative for RTN, you will have the chance to:

• Work full-time, Monday through Friday. Work life balance with no weekends, and local travel.
• Enjoy your protected territory as you present, educate & engage with approximately 3 – 5 small business owners per day via cold call or in person appointments.
• Get paid weekly! This includes your Base salary, including bonuses and incentives. No more waiting for annual payouts!
• No cap on bonuses or commission earned. Earn residual/renewal income.
• Daily, Monthly & Quarterly incentives, bonuses & contests.

Requirements:

• Seeking 1 year of outside sales, new business development & cold calling experience.
• Valid driver's license without restrictions.
• Personal vehicle in sound operating condition (with insurance).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Compensation:

• Base of $20,000 and uncapped commission
• $30,000 in bonus/incentives available
• Our average sales rep will double their base in commissions
  • On average you can earn $50,000.
  • Hunters earn $80,000
  • Top 2% earn $100,000 a year.
