Job Description

The company is currently looking to hire people who are passionate, smart, hard-working and with a fire- in-belly attitude to define and create the next gen platform, technology and innovative business models in “eLearning” service’s space.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • B.E/ BSC. IT/ BCA

  • Between 3 yrs to 5yrs professional experience from IT background

  • Should have knowledge in troubleshooting problems like platform issues, delivery issues, manage multiple live calls from the clients

  • Experience in troubleshooting web-based systems/applications, experience in diagnosing the system logs

  • Should have excellent communication skills who can understand and speak with US citizens from various regions

  • Should have sound knowledge of hardware & software

  • Should have basic excel skills

  • Good to have knowledge in SQL, IIS

  • Willingness to work in the night shift (timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
