This position is responsible for supervising QA inspectors, scheduling QA testing for tubes and systems, and monitoring QA output versus the production goals.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

• Scheduling incoming, in-process and final inspection activities and monitoring output versus production goal.
• Supervision of QA inspectors 
• Maintaining training records for QA inspectors
• Supporting Engineering Testing
• Good communication skills
• Time management and project prioritization
• Assist QA inspectors with test setup issues to assure testing is not delayed

Required:

Associates in business, technical or related field or equivalent years of experience.

Good Organizational skills

Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft office tools and reporting

Ability to multi-task

Preferred:

Previous supervisor experience

Lean six sigma experience

solid technical background
