This role offers a 10% Shift differential for working the 2nd Shift.

We work on a 9/80 work schedule at KMC with every other Friday off!  

Job Description

Responsibilities 

As part of our manufacturing team, you will:
•    Perform advanced testing of complex diagnostic instruments. 
•    Test, troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical products to the component level. 
•    Support products across a variety of programs and of various design complexity. 
•    Assist in the development of new procedures and processes.
•    Identify trends in data and make recommendations for improvements.
•    Work under limited supervision.
•    May provide guidance to other Test Techs on the team.
 

Qualifications

•    High School diploma, Trade School graduate preferred
•    3 plus years of related experience enabling capability to perform the above responsibilities
•    Must possess a basic understanding of engineering principals
•    Must be able to work 2nd shift 3p-12:30am
