Job Description

As a full-time Senior B2B Marketing Manager at Elara, you will be our first person in our marketing team and, hence, you will need to create the marketing strategies for growth and lead the execution individually and with outside resources, i.e., marketing agency, visual designer, and content writer. In particular, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the CEO on working out value propositions and the relating breakdown - positioning, segmenting, and targeting;
  • Owning and optimizing performance marketing channel mix together with our current marketing agency;
  • Managing existing & discovering new Social Media Channels (Xing / LinkedIn);
  • Conducting customer research and implementing marketing campaigns;
  • Developing and executing campaigns together with a marketing agency;
  • Developing and implementing a winning lead generation strategy;
  • A/B Testing for different acquisitions to optimize conversion goals;        
  • Creating marketing materials.

Qualifications

You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • You have experience working with Customer Relationship Management software (HubSpot, Pipedrive and etc) and SEO optimization;
  • Familiar with A/B testing, and you have tons of experience in making data-based decisions that impact products and users;
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills in German, additional languages, like English, is a plus;
  • You have proven experience in conducting market research & understanding customer needs;
  • It is crucial to understand, that regardless of the role a hands-on mentality is a must;
  • You have experience in developing marketing campaigns and relating offers;
  • Ability to solve complex problems, work independently and take ownership;
  • You have a proven track record managing channel mix;
  • You should have an entrepreneurial mindset.

  2. Interview with our external marketing consultant;
  3. Interview with the one of our company advisors or investors;
  4. A final discussion with our CEO and co-founder (on-site).
