Full Stack Developer (f/m/x)

We are a very well-funded early-stage startup located in Berlin, Germany, on a mission to bring manufacturing companies to the 21st century. Our talented team is building a cloud-based application to connect maintenance managers and shop floor workers, in order to streamline work processes and reduce unplanned machine downtime. Our product is about a minimalistic and intuitive interface for users not so used to contemporary software and a stable and robust architecture on the backend.

Behind Elara stands Beam, an independent company builder backed by the global intralogistics company BEUMER Group - German industry meets startup dynamic to solve real-life problems of our customers.

• Developing API endpoints
• Designing, implementing and maintaining features on our web platforms (in coordination with the product team)
• Implementing the user interface, follow up on issues and come up with solutions
• Writing unit and integration tests, make continuous improvements to the codebase
• Following agile practices, work as a team and ensure timely delivery
• Constantly improving the platform’s performance, development experience, and processes

• Fluent in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, with an understanding of CSS preprocessors including Sass and LESS
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit and integration tests is a plus
• Proficiency with Git
• It would be nice if you have experience with clean code but it is not mandatory
• Knowledge working in distributed agile 
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Full-Stack Developer
• You are ideally located in Germany and have a valid working permit and visa to work in the EU. Elara Digital GmbH does not provide assistance in applying for a work permit or visa.
