Key Responsibilities
1) Provide on-demand network administration and technical support, ensuring stability, performance, and security of their IT and network infrastructures.

2) Manage WISP networks including point-to-point and point-to-multipoint links, to support client’s internet operations and client environments.

3) Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize network devices, with strong emphasis on MikroTik (RouterOS) and Cisco hardware.

4) Manage end-user internet activations, troubleshoot customer connectivity issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

5) Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, site documentation, and client reports.

6) Provide orientation and technical guidance to client internal teams or technicians as needed, supporting their upskilling goals.

Qualifications

1) Minimum 5–7 years of experience in network administration, technical supervision, or operations, preferably within a WISP, ISP, or managed services environment.

2) Proven experience with point-to-point and point-to-multipoint networks, RF analysis, and network cabling.

3) Strong hands-on experience with MikroTik (MTCNA certification preferred) and Cisco devices.

4) Solid understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, hotspot configuration, and customer activation processes.

5) Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations.

6) Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and respond to on-demand requests with minimal supervision.

7) Must be available for on-site support in Lagos as needed and responsive during critical incidents.
