Job Description

  • Lead company's business operations, business development, general administration, business, and project planning. 

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create smooth and efficient workflows; maintaining follow-through and timely action to ensure they meet deadlines, set forth by executive management 

  • Manage relationships with various businesses to meet business goals. 

  • Create targeted business development and marketing strategies. 

  • Handle Government Relations and Corporate Affairs. 

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to executive management team. 

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. 

  • Develop documentations, work flows, process flow to smooth operations if required. 

  • Provide special project leadership and support as needed. 

  • Establish best-practice methodologies based on metrics-based KPIs for incident/change/problem management in a 24x7, high-availability, critical production environment 

  • Strong understanding of budgets and financials, and measuring business value with the ability to manage projects to budgets 

  • Mentor, manage and motivate a high-performing team of managers and engineering professionals and set clear priorities to achieve department goals and KPIs 

  • Manage oversight of complex network operations processes based on a combination of vendors, custom solutions, and internal resources. 

  • Support adoption of new technologies and tools, and recommend capability improvements to network and security operations. 

  • Analyze network from a cost, capacity, and forecast perspective, and evaluate new network operations technologies and applications. 

  • Work closely with all departments to proactively ensure network operations capabilities are capable of handling emerging and future business requirements. 

  • Ensure service-level targets are met, and address all service-level complaints. 

  • Provide subject matter expertise in interactions with partners and customers, program manage collaboration projects externally and internally. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree is required. IT, Business IT, Network, Telecommunications  

  • MBA would be plus.

  • Management Consulting or experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.

  • Knowledge of Telecom/ISP business, related technologies, business planning. 

  • Experience in Telecommunications or IT Professional Services would be preferred. 

  • Motivated professional, organized, ability to write well, and have an effective time management. 

  • Strong Leadership and Initiative. 

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
