You know you're doing a good job when:
Design and develop community engagement programs both offline and online.
Conduct community research to find out business opportunities
Research the right person/community/business to be potential partners
Negotiate with partner in partnership
Conduct assessment to seek collaboration opportunities
Responsible to handle and maintain community engagement program
Expand networking with journalists
Write press release of each event and distribute it to the journalists
Design and develop testimonial concepts from event community participants.
Approach the potential partners
Do clerical and practical work related to the event e.g proposal, contract, TOR, partnership form, etc.)
Design and develop partnership event with universities or campus
Increase our existence by attending, collaborating, being speaker in any startup or innovation event
Do as an event organizer expert while and after the event.
Responsible for gathering testimonials from event participants
Responsible for editing testimonials from event participants
Qualifications that we expect:
Excellent public speaking and communication skills in Bahasa and English.
Have prior experience as a moderator or master of ceremonies in both Bahasa and English.
Experience with community management
Capable of event strategic planning and execution
Detail-oriented and capable of collaborating with multiple parties (multitasking).
Detail oriented and capable working with many parties
A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, sales, or a related field is required.
Willing to travel for out-of-town engagements
Willing to relocate to Jakarta or establish a base in Jabodetabek.
