Egnify is a cloud-based Assessment and Learning Analytics platform integrated with world-class Analytics to enhance conceptual clarity and Exam Readiness of the student.
We are a team of 20+ people (IITs, IIITs, IIMs, NITs) serving 4,27,000 students, 28,000+ teachers in 400+ institutes across 28 cities in 4 states. Our target is to reach 10 lakh students by end of the academic year 2019. We were awarded the "Best Learning Analytics company of the year" by Brainfeed Magazine and the "Best Mobile App of the Year" from IIT Varanasi.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter, who can drive our marketing goals from 1 to N. He/she should be able to plan and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns/activities to consistently generate qualified leads and enhance Egnify’s brand presence in the market. He/she should work on identifying/creating effective marketing and sales material and keeping ahead of the competition.
Job Description
- Build product messaging and create compelling collateral that tell a unique story, differentiating our products from others in the market.
- Develop/fine tune market positioning to communicate a clear & concise message about our offering.
- Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts.
- Work closely with the Product team to develop and deliver virtual content, product tours, product demos, and training material.
- Use market research and work with the leadership to develop competitor analysis.
- Work with leadership to define and implement marketing campaigns to increase traction with target market for product success.
- Plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns to consistently generate qualified leads for the outbound sales team.
- Create and establish a trusted brand image across digital and offline channels.
- Capture captivating stories on the ground and communicating it with the wider world by owning branding responsibilities such as Social Media, Events, PR.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing or a B.Tech with a Master’s degree in Marketing is preferred.
- A proven track record of 2-5 years in software product marketing, taking end-to-end responsibility for marketing scalable products, from idea generation to execution.
- Candidate must have experience in B2B marketing.
- Excellent writing skills, including the ability to create content aligned to a Director-level audience.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment; aligning with evolving business objectives and schedules.
- Should be capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to juggle multiple products, projects, and priorities.
