We are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Sustainability Specialist (Site) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring sustainability initiatives across our site operations. You will work to minimize environmental impact, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in our sustainability performance. The ideal candidate will be analytical, professional, and committed to creating measurable positive environmental outcomes.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and Saudi Arabian environmental regulations
• Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key sustainability metrics including energy consumption, waste generation, water usage, and carbon emissions
• Collaborate with site management and operational teams to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations
• Manage sustainability projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for energy efficiency optimization and renewable energy implementation
• Maintain documentation and records related to environmental compliance, certifications, and regulatory requirements
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability awareness and drive behavioral change
• Prepare sustainability reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders
• Stay current with evolving environmental regulations, industry standards, and best practices in sustainability

• Proven experience in environmental management, sustainability, or related field with at least 3-5 years in a site-based or operational role
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance requirements, and sustainability best practices
• Proficiency in data analysis and sustainability reporting tools and software
• Experience conducting environmental audits and assessments
• Demonstrated expertise in energy efficiency, waste management, and carbon footprint reduction
• Familiarity with sustainability standards such as ISO 14001 or equivalent certifications
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholder groups
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian environmental regulations and Vision 2030 sustainability initiatives (preferred)
• Experience with LEED certification, ESG reporting frameworks, or sustainability metrics development (preferred)
• Familiarity with sustainability management systems and KPI tracking (preferred)
