Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Secretary to join our team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, professional demeanor, and a commitment to supporting our team's success through efficient and reliable administrative assistance.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare, format, and maintain professional correspondence, reports, and documentation
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including meeting preparation and logistics
- Support multiple team members or departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform general clerical duties and other administrative tasks to support organizational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to identifying solutions

- Familiarity with scheduling software and calendar management tools (preferred)
