You'll be involved in

  • Project Support: Assisting the team to ensure successful outcomes across scheduling, time management, invoices and more
  • Coordination: With multiple disciplines, including rail systems disciplines and working in conjunction with project managers to help complete assigned tasks. 
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Problem Solving: Identify and solve problems across projects to improve processes and the quality of project outcomes

Qualifications

What do we need from you

  • Tertiary degree in Engineering, Management or Finance
  • Available to start February 2027
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
  • Please note this position is not open to applicants outside of Australia

  • Genuine interest in rail, transit infrastructure and project management
  • Confident to problem solve and speak up
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally 
  • Open to trying and learning new areas
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and organised with ability to prioritise
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Prior experience in a coordination role is preferred
