Job Description

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler – PHE with 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed PHE/Plumbing BIM models, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain detailed PHE/Plumbing BIM models using Revit MEP.
  • Model domestic water supply, drainage, stormwater, sanitary, and other plumbing systems.
  • Prepare plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, schematics, sections, and detailed drawings.
  • Coordinate PHE models with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Fighting disciplines.
  • Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues using Navisworks or similar BIM coordination tools.
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, schedules, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM Execution Plans.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and other stakeholders.
  • Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Support the BIM team in resolving technical and modeling-related issues.
  • Maintain model integrity and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in PHE/Plumbing BIM modeling.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
  • Good working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
  • Strong understanding of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial projects such as hotels, hospitals, offices, retail, mixed-use developments, and high-rise buildings.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
