Job Description

  • Represent WW+P in the region, utilising a comprehensive knowledge of the WW+P project portfolio, values, and approach.
  • Collaborate with the WW+P global studio, primarily through liaison with the Middle East Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with the 10N Collective to maximise working synergies and support regional growth.
  • Collaborate with all relevant Egis Business Lines and Units to maximise working synergies and support growth. Close working relationships with relevant colleagues in Transportation, Energy & Sustainable Cites, and Aviation will be important to the success of the role.
  • Support the management of design teams based in the WW+P global studios, in the role of local first-point-of-contact for clients and partners.
  • Build key client relationships through increased exposure and networking and establish business opportunity within this.
  • Be a champion of a user-centric design philosophy, demonstrating empathy with end-users and creating projects that resonate with their needs and desires.
  • Safeguard and evolve the identity of WW+P, ensuring output aligns with the brand's values and messaging.
  • Support and mine new business opportunities: advance the client’s knowledge of core capabilities; recognize untapped opportunities within existing relationships; leverage formal and informal networks in the pursuit of new business possibilities.
  • Maximise project profit returns where possible.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering excellent, award-winning design on a variety of project typologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East construction market, including the relevant local and international clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience including the ability to communicate with and manage remote design teams.
  • Strong commercial understanding and project management.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and successful implementations.
