Job Description
We’re looking for Graduate Electrical Engineers who are curious, motivated and excited to learn. You’ll join teams working on the electrical and digital systems that power Australia’s critical infrastructure, including:
High‑voltage power systems and substations
Protection and control engineering
You don’t need prior experience in these areas — just a willingness to learn and a passion for solving real‑world engineering problems.
Our two-year Graduate Program is dedicated to nurturing the early stages of your consulting career.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and contribute to electrical designs, schematics and technical documentation
Support senior engineers with modelling, calculations and design reviews
Assist with data analysis to help inform engineering decisions
Participate in project meetings and collaborate with other disciplines
Help maintain quality and compliance with relevant standards
Gain supervised site exposure to understand how systems operate in the real world
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
Available to start in February 2027
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or Electrical major within Mechatronics)
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in infrastructure systems
Enthusiasm for learning about power, control, automation or transport technologies
Full working rights in Australia
