Job Description
- Structure & draft RFPs
- Coordinate architect inputs
- Define evaluation criteria, scoring matrices, BOQs, pricing schedules
- Support bid evaluation
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Control/Telecom Engineering
- 10+ years on site-based supervision of SCADA/OT/control-centre or telecom projects
- Proven FAT/SAT and cutover leadership
- GCC/UAE site experience
