Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Graduate Document Controller to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National graduate to launch a career in document management and control within a dynamic corporate environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and controlling critical business documents while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and procedures. You will play a key role in supporting our operations by ensuring all documentation is accurate, accessible, and properly archived.
- Receive, log, and organize incoming documents using established filing systems and document management protocols
- Maintain accurate records of all documents, including version control and distribution tracking
- Ensure proper storage and retrieval of documents in both physical and digital formats
- Monitor document expiration dates and coordinate timely renewal or archival processes
- Prepare and maintain document indexes and databases for easy accessibility
- Perform quality checks on documents to verify completeness and accuracy before filing
- Support document distribution to relevant departments and stakeholders as required
- Assist in implementing and maintaining document control procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent adherence to documentation standards
- Generate reports on document status and control metrics as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents in accordance with organizational policies
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of basic filing systems and document management principles
- Familiarity with digital document management systems (preferred)
- Understanding of document control standards and compliance requirements (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- UAE National status (required)
