Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal Engineer to become a key part of our Urban Development team in Brisbane. As a Principal Engineer, you'll take charge of a talented group of Engineers, steering them towards delivering outstanding results for a wide array of Clients. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you'll play an essential role in nurturing client relationships and driving business growth throughout the region.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 12+ years’ experience working in Urban Development
  • CPEng status and RPEQ
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities.
  • Experience in successfully managing projects meeting Client objectives.
  • Strong technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes.
  • Strong understanding of greenfield projects, water environments, and water resource management.
