Join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a Talent Acquisition Intern through the Tamheer Program! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support our recruitment efforts and gain valuable experience in the field of human resources.

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment channels
  • Support the coordination of interviews and candidate communications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the recruitment process

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
