Job Description
Role Overview
BIM delivery for technical rooms (power rooms, UPS, ELV/ICT rooms), depot support buildings, and rail systems interfaces ensuring buildable coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Model electrical/ELV/service room layouts and multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Integrate vendor equipment footprints and clearances where applicable.
- Support coordination with security, telecom, OCC interfaces and authority reviews.
- Maintain model QA and interface registers; support construction queries.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services.
- 10 years MEP BIM delivery on complex operational facilities.
- Experience with LOD 300/350, coordination, and CDE-controlled deliverables.
