Job Description
This role ensures the strategic, high-quality development of learning content, leading teams and collaborating across the organisation to drive impactful learning experiences.
The role combines expertise in instructional design with creative content development, leveraging AI tools to deliver engaging digital learning experiences. This position is pivotal in driving the development of e-learning programs across the Group, providing essential resources for content design and enabling the scaling of learning solutions across regions globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Content Development: Design engaging courses and learning paths using user-centred design principles.
AI-Enhanced Content Production: Use AI tools to generate original content, FAQs, and metadata for accessibility.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with SMEs and L&D specialists to co-create blended and e-learning solutions.
Content Maintenance & Quality Assurance: Oversee content lifecycle, edit for clarity, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
Multimedia Content Creation: Create instructional design experiences using tools like Articulate and Synthesis (videos, interactive modules).
Integrate into the L&D module
Continuous Improvement: Apply data-driven insights and learner feedback to refine content.
eLearning & virtual classroom production
- Conduct Acceptance test for new e-learning modules
- Produce, modify and upload e-learning content in the LMS Platform
- Virtual classrooms: prepare surveys, upload replays, and analyze participation data
Qualifications
Qualification Requirement:
- MBA – Must Have
- Any Undergraduate
- 5-7 years of work experience
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Articulate tools (Storyline, Rise)
- Mastery of Articulate Storyline 360 is a considerable asset.
- Knowledge of SCORM and LMS standards
- Degree in instructional design, multimedia, or equivalent
