Job Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our team and assist in overseeing the quality, safety, and compliance of our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Site Inspections – Perform regular inspections to ensure construction work aligns with approved plans, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure Quality Control – Monitor materials and workmanship, conduct tests, and report any defects or non-compliance issues.
  • Enforce Safety & Compliance – Identify hazards, ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Document & Report Findings – Maintain detailed records, prepare inspection reports, and communicate findings to engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in urban development and civil projects
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage with our stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and liaise with contractors, engineers, and project teams
