Job Description

  • Develop and implement the requirements management plan in alignment with project and stakeholder expectations.
  • Capture, validate, and manage system and subsystem requirements across engineering disciplines.
  • Maintain full requirements traceability from source to verification using tools such as DOORS NG and ComplyPro.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, systems assurance, and delivery teams to ensure requirements compliance.
  • Monitor changes and manage the requirements baseline through controlled change management processes.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on requirements status, coverage, and gaps for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the review of contractor submissions, technical specifications, and interface requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirements elicitation and validation.
  • Ensure alignment with applicable railway standards and client-specific compliance protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in requirements management, ideally within railway or metro infrastructure.
  • Strong working knowledge of IBM DOORS NG, ComplyPro, or similar requirements management tools.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering processes (INCOSE standards preferred).
  • Excellent documentation, analysis, and communication skills.
  • Experience with systems assurance and verification & validation (V&V) frameworks is an advantage.

Additional Information

  • Experience on design and build or EPC rail projects (metro, high-speed, or freight rail).
  • Knowledge of BIM Level 2/3 integration with requirements management tools.
  • Certification in Systems Engineering or Requirements Management (e.g., INCOSE CSEP).
