Job Description
- Validation of Construction Drawings:
- Review and approve signalling construction drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with design teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in the drawings
- Ensure that all drawings are accurately documented and maintained for reference
- Site Supervision:
- Oversee the installation of signalling equipment and systems on-site.
- Ensure that all work is performed according to the approved drawings and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
- Installation, Testing & Commissioning (T&C):
- Supervise the installation of signalling systems and ensure they are correctly integrated into the monorail infrastructure.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Develop and implement testing procedures to verify the functionality and performance of signalling systems.
- Lead the commissioning process to ensure systems are operational and meet project requirements.
- Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration of signalling systems with other monorail components and subsystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address integration challenges and develop solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of integrated systems to ensure reliability and safety .
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in signalling engineering, preferably in rail or monorail projects.
- Strong knowledge of signalling systems CBTC GOA4, standards, and practices.
- Experience in site supervision and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
