Knowledge of electrical engineering work planning and control methods.
• Knowledge of precedents in the discipline and of principles and practices of related 
disciplines.
• Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved.
• Knowledge of industry /regulatory codes and standards, and design and/or layout criteria 
pertinent to the discipline.
• Utilize strong communication skills in written and oral forms.
• Calculates cost and determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, 
applying knowledge and techniques of engineering.
• Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or 
engineering software and equipment.
Experience of working internationally (preference for Middle East / KSA).

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university. 
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in large-scale projects including SCADA and BMS systems
