Job Description

  • Assist in managing MEP projects, supporting senior engineers and project leaders in delivering successful outcomes.
  • Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Participate in technical and quality reviews of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress, address issues, and support project operations.
  • Work closely with a team of engineers and technicians, contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Support the maintenance of client relationships by addressing queries and providing technical assistance as required.
  • Participate in the team’s Performance and Development Review process, seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals, bid submissions, and additional fee proposals to support business growth.
  • Support resource planning activities to ensure effective utilization of team members and project resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification (preferred).
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in MEP building services.
