As part of our mission, we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of engineering excellence and maintaining the highest industry standards. We seek talented individuals to join our dynamic team as we shape projects that contribute to the essential infrastructure of tomorrow. In this role, you will be part of a high-caliber team of Building Pilots, each playing an integral part in delivering the design key buildings of nuclear island structures, under the coordination of a Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Design Execution: Manage the technical delivery of the detailed design for an assigned nuclear island building, ensuring alignment with project specifications, budget, and timeline.
- Technical Scope and Quality Oversight: Take responsibility for the technical aspects of the design, collaborating closely with engineers and specialists to produce compliant, innovative solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside technical direction, contract management, and scheduling teams, reporting to the Delivery Manager to integrate design elements with project-wide goals.
- Resource and Team Leadership: Guide a team of engineers, fostering performance excellence and allocating resources to meet design objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with the Delivery Manager, clients, and other stakeholders, facilitating project meetings and updates.
- Risk Management: Identify and address design risks proactively to safeguard project quality and timeline adherence.
- Technical Documentation: Document project changes, provide regular status reports, and ensure transparent communication and accountability for project deliverables.

- Experience in managing detailed design projects in civil engineering, preferably in nuclear or other regulated environments.
- Proficiency in Ansys, with a deep understanding of nuclear industry standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical scope, budgets, and project schedules.
- Familiarity with nuclear safety and regulatory protocols.
- PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Opportunities for growth and professional development.
- A collaborative work environment dedicated to safety and innovation in the nuclear industry.
This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in nuclear civil design and a commitment to guiding teams toward successful project outcomes.
