Technical    
1    Capable of ensuring designs and drawings are accurate, tie in with architectural design, and adhere to design Standards.
2    Familiar with applicable international and local design manuals, codes and regulations
3    Capable of producing technical reports. 
4    Capable of maintaining records of communication with all stakeholders, such as e-mails, scans, and letters.
5    Capable of attending and participating in meetings and contributing as expected.
6    Capable of communicating with other disciplines in a skilled and diligent manner.
7    Capable of demonstrating a strong ability to multi-tasking and prioritizing.

Team Management 
1    Capable of providing assistance to Principal Engineers, Associate Directors and Directors as required.
2    Capable of maintaining a high level of communication and teamwork with other Structural Engineers and technicians.
3    Capable of mentoring Junior Engineers, graduates and technicians and assisting with the training of subordinate engineers.

Commercial /Financial    
1    Capable of Providing assistance to Project Management on projects as required.
2    Control the resource consumption.

-Skillsets: Required Skills and Experience    
1    BEng / MEng in Civil/Structural Engineering
2    Ideally Chartered Engineer - CEng, MIStructE / MICE
3    A minimum of 8 years post graduate experience
4    Working knowledge of design standards and practices, and engineering codes relevant to structural designs and drawings
5    Strong IT skills knowledge of BIM processes and implementation
6    Experience of working in Autocad and/or Revit
7    Experience with commercial, retail, medium-rise, or high-rise building projects
8    Able to prepare structural engineering reports.
9    Some experience of Common Data Environment platforms such as BIM360, Viewpoint or Aconex
10    Experience in parametric design tools for automation such as Dynamo / Grasshopper or Python is desirable.
11    Knowledge and practical experience of Calculation / Structural Software
