Job Description
- Contribute to preparation of project/s’ concept design preparation including but not limited to:
- Project Model/s and Graphical presentation
- Drawings and Reports
- Collaborate with SA or DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility.
- Develop specific project deliveries while maintaining high-quality design and construction documents.
- Adopt creative design and problem solving approach.
- Participate in the design coordination process within Architecture team.
- Develop project BIM Models and design documents (drawings and reports).
- Be informed about the applicable codes requirements and building materials/systems.
- Maintain the models’ BIM quality level under the guidance of PA/SA/DM with the BIM Coordinator / Manager.
- Accountable for successful project delivery of assigned tasks meeting the targeted deadlines.
- Accountable for maintaining the Quality of assigned tasks.
- Accountable for efficient planning and utilization of project’s man-hours assigned by team leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in architecture with good experience.
- Minimum of [5+] years of experience in architectural design (Architect II).
- Previous training or coop experience in architectural design (Architect).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in BIM process, implementation and workflows.
