Providing an exciting course structure, clear but not regimented.

Actively encouraging teachers to come up with new and exciting lesson ideas that make the classroom setting as relevant as possible to our students.

Providing our students with the tools to collaborate with each other on project-based assignments to encourage communication with their teachers and more importantly their peers.

Ensuring that a minimum of one craft activities are done on a monthly basis with all learners up to the age of 16.

Providing a dynamic process of continuous assessment and open debate.

Having fun! It is important to remember that we are people and that happy people are more productive.

Please note that all candidate must have a minimum of 1 years experience working as a teacher. Ideally, the candidate should have some experience in teaching and preparing for Cambridge examinations. Applicants must hold a minimum of a CELTA qualification/ Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent.
