Job Description
Eduki is looking for a Sales and Partnership Manager to lead our sales operation in Nepal. This position is a visible, external-facing role representing Eduki to new and existing relations in the education sector (high schools).
Our ideal candidate is an energetic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and positive spirit who feels strongly connected to the work and mission of Eduki. The ideal candidate actively collaborates within a success-driven small team.
Roles and responsibilities:
We expect the ideal candidate to be a self-starter with high ownership and strong input and drive to make this role a success:
- Build and steward relationships with key decision-makers and drive new partnerships within the education sector
- Lead negotiations and agreement strategies
- Build and actively manage a robust and growing pipeline of opportunities with existing and prospective partner schools, aligned with Eduki's strategy
- Develop a strong understanding of the desires and unmet needs within student communities and educations institutions
- Drive, capture, and communicate market and competitive insight
- Identify and develop opportunities for new products and services together with the Eduki team
- Actively engage and work with the full Eduki team, jointly driving its growth, impact, and success at all levels
Key Performance Indicators
- Prospecting: lead generation and conversion
- Opportunity management: completed, new, and defend
- New partner acquisition: near-term and long-term funnel
- Reporting: agenda preparation, meeting, market and insight reporting
- Adoption rate: new products, services, and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3-5 years of working experience in sales, marketing, management, or related field
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to identify and influence key decision makers – internally and/or externally
- Customer-focused and result-oriented with a bias for action
- Good listener, versatile communicator, critical thinker, and problem solver
