Job Description
Eduki is looking for smart and creative individuals to join our team in Kathmandu. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about education and technology and have the courage to challenge and improve the current ways of teaching.
Roles and responsibilities:
Work with seniors to develop curriculum and design course structure for math and science subjects for Grades 8-10 as per the guidance from the Curriculum Development Center
Help with designing and collecting conceptual questions and practice exercises
Create various simulations and visualizations to facilitate understanding of core concepts in math and science
Run focus groups and tutorial sessions with grade 8-10 students and/or their parents
Qualifications
- Recent graduates or final year Bachelor's students from any discipline (Science, Engineering, Business, Law, IT, Education, etc.) may apply.
- Candidates who have taken math and science as major subjects in their 12th Grade are preferred
- Must have past internship experience lasting at least 3 months
- Must be able to contribute full time for at least 3 months
- Leadership activities, Internship experiences, and any tutoring or mentoring experience will be considered
- Critical thinker with a strong conceptual understanding of K-12 content (Math & Science)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
