We are seeking a dedicated Academic Customer Care Officer to join our team in Century City, Cape Town. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer retention by addressing social media queries, managing cancellation requests, and facilitating course transfers. Additionally, you will play a vital role in projects focused on handling complaints, cancellations, and transfers, including involvement in call-out initiatives.

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate smooth course transfers, ensuring seamless transitions for students.
  • Manage the processing and submission of authorization vouchers in a timely manner.
  • Engage with customers through social media platforms, effectively addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Respond proactively to cancellation requests, aiming to salvage relationships and retain customers.
  • Contribute to the achievement of set targets, demonstrating dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Compile accurate and insightful reports, supporting the team's understanding of trends and opportunities.
  • Provide efficient administrative support, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.
  • Undertake general administration tasks and handle adhoc duties as required.
